There are two open bedrooms available, plus two bathrooms, kitchen, large yard, etc. Laundry machines on the premesis. The rent is $600 and includes ALL shared bills. The deposit is just $200 and can be split over 2 months! $100 secures a room! No smokers, please, due to allergies. Pets are okay with me. You must be okay with a small friendly dog.
