I am currently looking for someone to take over my lease. I live in walking distance to ISU. It’s a lovely 1 bedroom apartment which was recently renovated. Amenities include AC, off street parking and Landlord pays for gas and sewer. Tenant will pay $475 plus electricity, water and internet ( if needed). The electricity is usually very cheap as the heating system runs on gas which is already covered in the rent.
