I am looking for a room for rent for me and y 1year old son. I am a Tidy person and my son is very well behaved, so he will be no trouble at all. I'll for the most part me there in the am and come homw around 8pm or 9pm. Every now and then my B.F. may stay the night...ONLY IF IT IS IK WITH YOU...ONLY. I don't have alot of money to pay you but I can contribute $300 a month in groceries. and we can discuss what I can pay in rent. Im not looking for a hand out, just need 2 get back on my feet
