Furnished bedroom with dresser ceiling fan and window ac if need it but most time central ac is on but not freezing (73-76 approx) Someone that is more to themselves as that's how I am house is small so someone who doesn't mind hanging in their bedroom more or works a lot. There's nice roads to take walks and state park not too far and the dam to walk
