My name is Charles Fraga. I rent a two-bedroom one bath singlewide trailer that has large yard. It is located at 476-125 Rice Canyon rd. that’s across from high desert prison. I am looking to rent out the smaller of the two rooms. I am looking for a person that is clean, doesn’t party too hard and doesn’t mind that I have a black lab puppy in the house. I do smoke but not in the house. The room is small but the house is very clean. I pay $790.00 in rent but I am only asking $300.00 for the room.
