I enjoy getting to know anyone who likes to have real conversations, not just small talk. I would like to spend no more than $1000 per month on rent, as well as live within walking distance of the subway. I used to live in a pretty small apartment with four girls and a roommate (i.e. actually sharing a room) and I think I'd prefer my own room from now on. :) I'd also love a kitchen big enough to actually want to cook in, gym / supermarket nearby if possible and of course decent
