Currently trying to find a place to move into within the next few months. I am working for the city right now (my job is stable), I have my own car and I pay my own bills (on time too). I am a super neat, reliable, goal oriented, done with the party scene, easy going/easy to get along with, considerate and I take responsibility. I am looking to rent a decent place, which will still allow me to save money. I require the roomie to be financially and mentally stable as well as be tidy :O)
