Summary
Fully furnished home for a nice,clean, reliable person able to pay they're bills on time. The nice size room we have has hardwood floors and a closet. The lease is 9 months as of 9/10/06 and you'll be asked to sign a contract for your stay. We have 2 cats now and a very friendly dog. Wouldn't mind a person with a cat but dont really want anymore dogs. Smoking is allowed, but we allow it outside. We have a nice big screened-in patio for our smoking area.
