Summary
I am graduating and i have a few interviews at UPitt. I am looking for something close to the university. I feel most confortable with $400-500 price range. I would like at least a 6mo lease but will settle for shorter. I will be working full time (8:30-5:30) and maybe a part time job as well. I'm a typical college student just starting out.
