I'm a female TAMU student looking for a male roommate. The apartment is a brand new, 2 story gated complex, has a washer/dryer, and is walking distance to TAMU or a couple of steps to the bus stop (15). Both bedrooms are upstairs, have big closets, bathrooms (with tubs) right beside the bedrooms, so you get your own. Utilities aren't included, but the apartment is technically in Bryan, so they are cheaper. The apartment is furnished(by me) except the available bedroom.
