Good Day! I’m a late twenties, female seeking housing north of Atlanta in mainly Duluth or Johns Creek area, and surroundings. I have a vehicle so being away from public transportation is okay. I am looking for a nice sized room and private bathroom. I have my own furniture. I would also like to have utilities included in rent. I prefer to stay at $500/month or below but will consider a bit higher for the right place. I’m not much into cooking, but I will completely buy the groce
