The condo is in the heart of riverOaks, very uber cool and trendy, close to downtown and the museum and theather distrcit, in a very cosmopolitan area..its located near all cool shops and cafes (its one of the only two locations here in houston where you have cute french like cafes with tables outside)..it has a village feel to it..and also a theather and if you are single you wont be bored....you'll like living there..i moved here cos it reminded me of home (l lived in west london, Hammersmith
