I am very dependable. I have been at my current rental for 2 years. My landlord is selling her home and moving to N.C.. I have references. I am on disability do to back surgeries and Neurological issues but I am very independent. I get a disability check on the 3rd of every month and that is when I can pay rent. Sometimes however if the 3rd falls on a weekend I get my check the Friday before the 3rd. I will sign a lease and am looking for a long term rental. I hate moving. If a
