Hi my name is Stefanie. I’m friendly and easy to get along with. I’m a single parent of a 7 year old son in need of a roommate to help split expenses. I keep my house clean and neat. I also have a dog who is a lab mix and she is very friendly. I would prefer a female roommate if possible. I l have a 3 bedroom house in Mccordsville near I-70/Mount Comfort Rd with a room available now. I am renting currently so a new lease will need to be signed in January.
