About this household

You would have full use of loft and spare bedroom. Unfortunately bathroom would be shared. Quiet neighborhood with pool and golf course, basketball/tennis courts. I have my own bedroom and living room on other side of the house. I do have a friendly dog and cat who can come in and out as they please. I'm clean but not obsessive. Recently broke up with gf so looking to offset the mortgage. I smoke but not in the house. I prefer a female roommate as they tend to be cleaner/neater.
