I have a spare room in an apartment at Avalon. You will have to pass all of their checks before you can move in. Electric is a separate bill but it shouldn't be much if you are conscious about conservation. Water is paid on top of the rent but is not very much. Internet and cable are provided and are good. I have some furniture and plan on getting more but you can furnish yourself or go through a company. There is enough room for plenty of furniture.
