My name is Steve. Me and my other roommate are looking for a 3rd for our place up in Gloucester. It's right on the Annisquam river. We have our own beach and our own dock. We also have a cat very friendly. You would have your own bathroom with your own shower. We have our own garage for storage and off street parking.Rent is a $1000 a month. Utilities are Propane electricity and water which comes to about a $100 to 150 a month. Hope to hear from you soon.
