This is a great house on the corner of Cedar and Dodd with ~2500 sq ft, 5 bedroooms, 3 bathrooms, and a view of a pond. There are 5 of us living there now with 2 moving out soon. One of the rooms available is on the lower level and the rent is $550. The other room is on the main level and basically has its own bathroom. The rent for this room is $600. We split the utilites.
