It's a nice quiet family home in a great neighborhood. Two T buses go by the front of the house, and the Red Line is a 15 to 20 minute walk. It's a quiet area, a block and 1/2 from Wollaston Beach. The room comes with a pull out couch, a TV and entertainment center, a bureau and a book shelf. I'm a 40ish professional male, no kids, and I work a lot. My sister lives upstairs with her kids (two family house) and she runs a daycare downstairs. All applicants must pass a background check.
