The apartment is a one bedroom located on Venice Island. The beach is a few blocks away. Access to I-75, Tamiami Trl, and U.S. 41 close by. I have made the living room area my room, so the bedroom will not be shared, except I do keep some of my personal belongings there. There is one bathroom in the apartment, so that will have to be shared. Utilities are generally pretty cheap because it is a small apartment.
