Separate access (separate keys to main house) basement with kitchen appliances, bathroom, washer/dryer (only thing shared), some furnishing and wifi. Looking for $500 but might be able to find wiggle room. Great spot in Benson area! I'm an analyst for a tech company and living in the house with just my dog. She never barks. I'm a musician so you may occasionally hear music but I am respectful.
