Spacious room for rent with large closet. Shared bath with plenty of storage space. Must be kid friendly; this is a family home. There is a pool, hot tub, and large living common areas. We have two small dogs that are older and keep to themselves. Female, nonsmoker roommate preferred. Additional expenses for utilities will be separate from monthly rate, and set at a fixed rate.
