Moved to this area 4 years ago to live with my boyfriend (left everything in NY). Since the home is his, I will be starting over from scratch with my 12 year old daughter (& an indoor female cat). I make a decent living; just need some time to get on my feet with security deposits, furniture, etc. We are friendly & easy to get along with and very active with sports, etc. so would not be constantly underfoot.
