I have a very nice furnished room on the 1st floor in a quite neighbourhood with walk in closet and beautiful view on the lake.You will have your private bathroom and a koridor between. . I am a very clean and friendly lady.Room will be 350$ + half/half utilities( is regularly 50$) and I also require a deposit of 100$. I would prefer a clean roommate,who needs mostly a place to crash after work and would pay bills on time.I am honest,friendly and thoughtful so I am looking for the same.
