Hello! I have a room available in an apartment at 306 Wisconsin Street in Oshkosh (a great location!) and rent is only $390 a month with ALL utilities included. The only extra cost is WiFi which is about $15 a month. The building does have parking and on-site laundry as well. You would be living with one other girl who is super laid back and easygoing.
