Hello! I have a room available in an apartment at 306 Wisconsin Street in Oshkosh (a great location!) and rent is only $390 a month with ALL utilities included. The only extra cost is WiFi which is about $15 a month. The building does have parking and on-site laundry as well. You would be living with one other girl who is super laid back and easygoing. She is new to the Oshkosh area and just starting graduate school! Let me know if you’re interested!
