Hi!! This rental is on the border of Sumner and Puyallup; right off the freeway State Route 167 & Highway 410. The house consists of 3 bdrms, 3 floors, pretty quiet neighborhood. Active members of household include, myself (male aged 44), my cousin (female aged 46). Two car garage with space for your car and storage. This is a smoke free home. If you must smoke please feel free to sit on the front porch or chill in the garage. Marijuana ok. Need a car for local shops.
