Room for rent in an apartment. Has a shed, a small back porch for ourselves and a backyard as well shared with neighbors. I'm Personaly a big nerd and play video games quite often. I have a 4 year old son who visits 2 days of the week so kid friendly is a must. Credit and Background checks will also be required.
