You would pay 1/2 rent whichi will not be more the 220.00 a month, I would pay all the gas bill and we would split electricity, so let me know if your intrested. I have one dog, two cats and a gerbil, the are very clean don't worry, I am clean, I love to clean. I like to have fun, but also like alone time.
