We currently have one bedroom for rent in a three bedroom / one bath house. Rent is $ 475. a month, 1/3 utilities ( usually $ 15 - $20 a month ), 1/3 water ( usually $ 8 - $11 a month ), 1/3 garbage ( $10 a month ). We also have Direct T.V and Comcast Wireless Internet, both optional. Direct T.V is $ 18 a month ( if you want a reciver in your room, room is already wired ) and we haven't gotten our bill for Comcast yet.
