I have a spare bedroom with private bathroom in a 1105 square foot condo. Full kitchen, living room. No smokers have lived in my house. The spare bedroom is located on the main floor which is the second floor. The community has a pool and access to a park with sand volleyball and tennis. I am quiet and easy going. I do have pets.
