I live at Lake Shore Apartments in Ankeny and am looking for someone to take over my half of a lease. I’m wanting to move in with my boyfriend who just bought a house. Rent is $655, utilities are usually $50 and under. The lease is up July 31st of 2021. I do have a roommate who happens to be my best friend, she goes to school online at Iowa State. She’s very bubbly, funny and could get along with anyone! She’s also very clean! She also has a bunny who’s very sweet!
