I need 2 roommates who are drama-free, open-minded, and CLEAN. I am looking for roommates who are trust- worthy, reliable, fun, and people who can talk openly if there are issues. I have asked for these qualities in roommates before, and for whatever reason, people just aren't very honest. Rent is $300 a month. utilities are $25 for comcast, $10 every 4 months for trash, $15 for consumers, then water and dte are also separate. It is usually around $350-$360 a month total.
