Last roomy left us w a shut off notice for utilities so need someone in or deposit sent ASAP please. PAINT ANY COLOR YOU LIKE! Extra room +Pretty much the entire front of the house would be yours, we'd just share the kitchen. We are asking $300 a month plus your share of the utilities. No deposit just first and last months rent. Can arrange payments on last month deposit.
