Hello, I am a 55 year old looking for a room to rent. I am very clean. I smoke, but will smoke outdoors if necessary. I have a 2 year old cat that is deaf. he is litter trained. I have been at my job for a year and is fulltime. It does matter to me if you are a male or female.(For females, I am not looking for a relationship, just got out of a 12 year marriage.) I have my own car. I just work and come home, sometimes go out to a bar. I do not like dogs nor does my cat.
