Summary
I am a single mother, part time OCC student that needs a room for my daughter and I. My daughter has severe arthritis and I am her caretaker at home also. We do not need much, just a room to rent and share kitchen occasionally and bathroom facilities. Will do work around the house, yard to compensate for room also.
