Looking for a roommate. Located at the New Georgians, 2bed 1bath. Rent, utilities, and wifi would be approximately $478/mo plus a $200 deposit. New carpet in the bedrooms and hardwood through the rest of the unit, washer and dryer in unit. Pool on site. Must be pet friendly, as I do have a 2 year old Maltese. I'm pretty easy going and laid back. I am in and out throughout the day to walk my dog on my work breaks. I attend DSC online. I have more pictures and am available for any questions.
