Looking for lower rent payments than I'm currently obligated to. I clean up after myself although I won't pick up after everyone. Looking for a cooperative household with financially responsible individuals. Other than that, I'm laid back and don't mind everyone having friends over or the occassional party. I play guitar so roommates may have to endure the practice although I'll try to keep it reasonable. Mutual respect is a big issue.
