I’m looking for a roommate that can sign a lease for the next 6 months or longer. The rent is 497.50 plus utilities. It is a 3 bedroom two story townhome in a gated community. There my roommate will have 2 connecting bedrooms and a private bathroom, a parking spont in a 2 car garage and washer and dryer in unit.
