Teabird

Looking for a nice, clean, private bedroom and bath with use of kitchen and access to a washer and dryer. I have a 35 lb dog. Very well trained. Does not bark, shed, or sleep on furniture. I like to be outside so I would love a patio or backyard space. Non smoker, very tidy and I don’t mind helping with maintenance of property. I am very handy for small repairs. Hobbies...kayaking, gardening, reading, music and cooking. I work 3 1/2 days a week. Would love to share a house for more $$. ;-)
