I will be starting grad school in the fall, so I'm not quite sure what my schedule will be like. I am fairly certain I will be studying most of the weekdays, and weekends, but will party on weekend nights. I have a cute dog (1 year old), who likes to be outside most of the time, and is housebroken. I am a smoker, but will not smoke in the house and am looking for a roomate who doesn't mind that I smoke. I'm very laid back, and have only had positive experiences with past roomates...
