Hi, I'm Teresa, (single female, no pets, non-smoker, no drugs). I'm looking for a room with a bath and kitchen privileges to rent in the Villages. I plan to be working, so I won't be home during the day much. I'm a tidy person, not "white glove" clean, but I always clean up after myself. I'm only interested in renting with another female.
