57yr female. Roommate to share my home in Bloomfield. This rental is for one person. The home is already furnished and the bedroom is furnished with a bed. The bathroom straight across the hall from the bedroom being rented (guest bath) has a tub and shower and that will be the renters bathroom. I use my bathroom (master bath) which also has a tub and shower. So you will basically have your own bathroom, not a shared bathroom. You will be responsible for keeping your bathroom clean.
