My parents recently purchased a townhouse ~ 3 miles from the Friday Center Park & Ride, ~ 6 miles from UNC's medical complex and less than 10 miles from Duke's medical center. The townhouse is in a quiet neighborhood and you would have your own bathroom accessible only through your room. It is two stories and has a deck in the backyard, gas fireplace and a modern kitchen.
