Owner of 4 bedroom home in the cotes bend area. I rescue cats, am semi-retired. I have 1 bedroom for rent that is fully furnsihed (no TV). Room comes with queen sized bed, tall 6-drawer dresser. All utilties (wifi, sling, electric, and water) are included. Washer and dryer, refrigerator and pantry space.Non-smoking house but I have an attached, temperature coltrolled room for smoking. small pets (cats or caged animals) acceptable. room is spearated from rest of the house. bathroom is shared.
