Mid 50s recently single guy. 100% respectful, responsible and gainfully employed. Looking for a nice unfurnished room with a bathroom and access to the kitchen and laundry. I keep my stuff tidy and clean. I also have a Traeger grill/smoker that I would love to bring along and make super awesome food to share. Lastly, part of my deal is my two lovely young daughters, 8 & 11 that will need to hang out every other weekendish. They're cool and we mostly stay gone. Tampa FL area.
