I am a professional female who has a 3 bedroom house in Watertown, WI. I am looking to rent out a room on the lower level of the 1800+ sq/ft house. It has private entrance via the back deck (will be shared by all roomates) and direct access to the master bath. The house is fully furnished, you only have to provide furniature for your room!! $650/month, including utilities. E-mail me for pictures or more information.
