I am a non-smoker, nor do I drink; but someone whom drinks socially and smokes outdoors is fine with me. I also do not use drugs and prefer to be around a DF environment. Currently residing with my brother and sister-in-law; they have a new baby and I want to get my own place; I will be starting school in January and eventually the military. So I want a short term roommate situation; with resonable rent amount.
