Can do up to 200$/mo. I’m a disabled trans man (I have Chrons, no extremely heavily physical handicap). I am legally disabled due to the severity of my gut problems. I have no problems with anyone of any gender. Comfortable with all. Very friendly/chill, pet friendly(I do not have my own), and smoking/vaping isn’t a problem for me(I don’t do either). Do not mind company as long as I have my own room/own space.
