My current room-mate is moving out, so I need another or two to replace him. I have a 3 bedroom 2 bath house right by manatee river before Sneads Island. It is a quiet neighborhood with great neighbors. If you and a friend want to move in, the charge will be $300 and 1/3 utilities for each of you.
