Summary

I'm really not that picky actually. The only thing I NEED is a dishwasher, that's a must. I'm very easy to get along with, and just looking for a roommate to cut down the cost of living. Would prefer some neatness, though I am not super anal about it. Just not a sink full of mold, that sort of thing. I'm pretty quiet, and value that sort of thing, but again, there's only so much quiet one can reasonably expect when living with a roommate, so I'm not about to freak out about it.
